Job Description:
The Sr. Database Developer is responsible for providing technical leadership, consulting and solutions on projects with the ability to document, design, develop, test and implement database solutions. They are able to create new and modify existing software applications that are complex in nature.  Writing queries and stored procedures, using data modeling tools, designing and optimizing databases, or implementing at the physical level. The Sr. Database Developer needs to have a thorough understanding of relational databases. They are a participant and often providing leadership in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and operations support of all systems.

    Under the direction of Lead Quality Assurance Analyst or designated manager, contribute to growth of the organization by testing all software based solutions. Responsible for knowing and understanding the software being tested. Responsible for ensuring functionality by utilizing tools to test performance, reliability, detect bugs, errors and any other failures.
  • Perform end user testing of all software developed prior to production.
  • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
