Description: An outstanding career opportunity with a dynamic legal department. The U-Haul International, Inc. Legal Department seeks and outstanding litigator to manager and coordinate litigation. This position will manage litigation and represent UHI in lawsuits as well as conduct substantial investigations. Responsibilities will include initiation of litigation strategy, research and drafting of legal memoranda, and coordination of discovery. Candidates should possess the following experience: •JD from an ABA accredited school and admission at least one state bar •2-4 years litigation experience •Experience coordination and responding to discovery •Trial experience •Litigation experience including taking and defending depositions of expert witnesses •Strong research, writing and analytical skills
