Description:
    Under the direction of the Vice President of Storage and Corporate move, the Storage Marketing Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing appropriate rate schedules for centers storage facilities to satisfy customer demand, developing and publishing guidelines and implementing strategies to ensure maximum storage occupancy and minimum payment delinquency.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with Marketing Company Storage Managers, Center Storage Managers and Area District Vice Presidents to resolve operational problems.
  • Establish and implement rate schedules to satisfy demand.
  • Develop, publish guidelines and implement strategies to ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Communicate with Marketing Company President to resolve operating opportunities.
  • Determine trends and reasons for trends by analyzing data and competitors.
  • Employ strategic combinations of advertising such as imaging yellow pages and facility maps.
  • Develop innovative collection methods.
  • Prepare graphs and other necessary visual aids to provide management with essential data to make sound business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Must possess analytical skills, logic, and reasoning.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel and Word
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education/Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or equivalent in experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service or marketing.
