Under the direction of the Lead Help Desk Representative, with technical guidance from the Supervisor, you will provide help desk/computer support to U-haul corporate staff. This position will require physical activity such as moving, installing, connecting/disconnecting various hardware equipment. Candidate must be able to lift at least 60lbs, and be able to crawl in tight spaces. The ideal candidate will provide:
  • Desktop configuration
  • Responsible for tracking/recording user problems and responding quickly
  • Ensure user PC's are secure and functioning according to departmental standards
  • Assist with user set up and permissions
  • Assist the systems/network enhancements, maintenance and support
  • This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion of IT that wants to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate with end-users to ensure their issues are being resolved.
  • Can not be restricted from lifting 60lbs
  • Can not be restricted from crawling in tight spaces
  • Knowledge of Active Directory a plus
