Description:
U-Haul has been the leader in the do-it-yourself moving industry since 1945. The U-Haul contact center has been providing quality customer care since 1980.

Our state-of-the-art contact center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Call center team members take back-to-back, incoming customer calls and provide customers with general assistance before, during and after their rental.

Positions available include sales and customer service as well as roadside assistance.

Although this is a part-time job we are happy to consider applicants looking for temporary summer employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and teachers.

Status:
•Part-time / Moonlighter

Requirements:
  • Experience in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigational skills is preferred
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred
  • Must be motivated with strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • No selling required.


  • This is a part time position, must be available to work at least 25 plus hours a week. Ideal candidates will have an open availablity.
    (25 hour availability does not mean you will work 25 hours a week)
    Education/Training:
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age currently be in school and/or have a high school diploma or GED
  • We offer paid training
  • Prior customer service, sales and/or contact center experience is helpful but not required
  • For roadside assistance mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Work Status:
    Moonlighter
