Description:
U-Haul is looking for Recruiter to service our corporate office. The ideal candidate will work in a fast paced, process-focused environment. Must be a self-starter, take direction well, have a creative, “think on your feet” attitude, and able to execute effectively against a set of directives. This individual will focus on recruiting quality, skilled, and proficient applicants in a high volume capacity for our Call Center. Qualified individuals for this position will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in stressful and demanding situations. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting/staffing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years high volume experience.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High professionalism is a must.
  • Exercise independent judgment, and make solid decisions to ensure a pool of best-fit, highly qualified individuals are hired.
  • Must be results orientated.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Must be highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of orientation to quality, continuous improvement, and customer service.
  • Superior multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality.
  • Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates.
  • Willingness to work extended hours/weekends when necessary.
  • Experience with numerous Social media platforms, websites, and IT focus organizations. Positive mission focused attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
