    Oxford Life Insurance Company, is seeking a qualified New Business Data Entry Processor to join our New Business Department, for the Phoenix AZ corporate headquarters. This individual will be responsible for entering application data for Medicare Supplement, Life and Annuity products.
  • Review applications for insurance and annuities for completeness.
  • Enter information into systems from applications.
  • Identify licensing issues and forward to contracting.
  • Correct errors and help new business department during down time.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and help out other members as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Predictable attendance is a MUST
    • Must be willing to take LOMA classes to be more knowledgeable in the industry.
    • Customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
    • The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
    • Ability to multitask and change between formats for data entry.
    • Skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
    • Must be able to type 50+WPM accurately.
    • Ability to work at a highly detailed level with limited supervision.
    • General office experience required.
    • Previous experience with verification of insurance applications is a plus!
