HR Audit and Reporting Analyst
Reporting to the Controls and Audit Manager, this individual is responsible for performing and documenting audit reviews and procedures, developing reporting, and analyzing data to provide actionable intel to U-Haul Company leadership of varying levels. Audits will cover a variety of different programs housed within Human Resources and working with a variety of teams to understand and support the goals of those programs and company strategy through audits, analysis and Reports will need to be built to highlight areas for leadership to act to get ahead of concerns found along with thoughtful analysis to maximize impact. After hours work is required as needed.
