Human Resources Program Coordinator-3

Human Resources is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, growth-oriented individual to join the HR Services Team as an HR Program Coordinator.

Essential Duties

An HR Program Coordinator provides support and services to the field, towers, tech center, as well as the Human Resources department and is subject to sensitive and confidential data.

An HR Program Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties within Human Capital Management (HCM). Essential duties include but is not limited to assisting all levels of management with business processes within uhaullife, organizational set-up, realignment changes, problem solving, employment verifications, E-Verify, I-9 authorizations, time sensitive mailings, password resets, monitor and respond to phone and email inquiries and maintaining confidential reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.


Must be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to work in a computerized environment which includes knowledge of word, excel and e-mail. Excellent telephone and writing skills are required; the HR Program Coordinator will communicate both verbally and in writing with area district VP’s, marketing company presidents, executive assistants, department managers, supervisors and team members on company policies and procedures and federal, state and provincial legislation as applicable.

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a high-paced work environment, display a positive attitude, be able to resolve challenges and have the ability to change work direction at any given time to meet the needs of the business.


  • Days Vary: Monday through Sunday
  • Hours Vary: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
