Business Analyst

Business Process Analysts partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identity and document business system solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.  This individual will document business requirements, evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and offer recommendations for improvement. Improvements can encompass company-wide scenarios or specific operations level processes. This will include significant responsibility for detailed development roadmap, analysis, and re-engineering of processes with a focus on standard operating procedures. As a member of the Business Process Management Team, Business Process Analysts work together to ensure standardized requirements management across multiple groups. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Work directly with business departments to gather and document current and future requirements, develop specifications, facilitate testing, training and user acceptance

  • Data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, root cause problem solving, and solution design

  • Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to business partners and technology team partners

  • Map current and future state workflows

  • Develop roadmaps for improvement projects, follow up and report progress to management
