Invoice Processing Clerk
Job Description
If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and good with numbers, consider becoming U-Haul’s newest Invoice Processing Clerk. In this position you will be responsible for entering invoice information in Accounts Payable System. Invoice Processing Clerk Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures
- Research all documents and previous payments in order to accurately compensate the payee
- Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account
- Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Excel
