Repair Analyst

The Repair Analyst provides primary day to day support for our Repair Shop infrastructure and assumes a portfolio of repair shops. This portfolio’s success is your primary responsibility. Additional responsibilities include phone/email support for all shop inquiries, overseeing down equipment, program compliance, metric monitoring, identifying growth opportunities, system troubleshooting and much more. The shop’s success is your #1 priority.
Duties:
· Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
· Support operational objectives by gathering information, evaluating output, provide decision support and develop action plans
· Improve systems and processes by studying current practices, recommend counter measures and participate in implementation
· Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
· Coordinate communication amongst various stakeholders, to determine root cause analysis and desired solution
· Coordinate with internal systems members across multiple departments, to resolve shop issues
· Support shops with policies, procedures, electronic tools and other shop related issues
· Prepare written communication regarding the repair environment
Skills/Required Knowledge/Tools:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to work well in a team environment. The ability to work in a computerized environment using various software and online web programs.
Looking for 3-5 years of experience
Physical Demands:
The work is sedentary. Typically, the person may sit comfortably to do the work. There many be some walking, standing, bending; carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving and automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
