Become part of a team:

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Phoenix, AZ. This position will focus on hiring for a variety of departments based at the corporate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of full cycle recruiting, working with different hiring managers, and experience hiring for entry to senior level position.

Daily tasks include:

  • Work directly with department managers to fulfill their hiring needs
  • Source candidates in a variety of ways
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers
  • Screen and interview candidates for open positions
  • Extend offers, background checks, and drug screens
  • Represent the recruiting department at external events
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Must be results orientated
  • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality
  • Have the ability to think outside the box and be innovative in sourcing and finding candidates
  • Experience in Workday is a plus
  • Stays abreast of recruiting best practices and technology changes
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience interviewing required
  • Must have a positive attitude and exhibit high professionalism

Preferred:

  • Technical Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
