Fleet Sales Clerk

Job Description

If you are a detail-oriented, personable communicator with clerking experience, consider becoming U-Haul’s newest Title Clerk! In this position you will work under the direction of the Titling Manager to keep the title department running smoothly and help manage day-to-day operations. Title Clerk Primary Responsibilities:

· Approve and process auction and title requests (wholesale and auction)

· Process sales bonuses and status pending sales

· Enter data for all auction and wholesale info

· Code and copy auction/wholesale checks

· Manage daily mail and correspond with outside parties including system members and auctioneers as needed

Title Clerk Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· 1-2 years of general office clerk experience

· Able to safely handle confidential information

· Able to operate standard office equipment, as well as Word and Excel
