Credit Administration Intern
Position Overview:
The U-Haul Collections & Credit Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in collections and credit related processes, customer account management, and financial operations. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into real-world financial strategies and contributing to the success of U-Haul's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administrative team with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Assist with analyzing customer accounts and identifying outstanding balances.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and account balances.
Assist with payment reconciliation related to the AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Support the collections team in resolving invoice and payment related issues.
Perform financial analysis, create KPI metrics, and monitor collection performance.
