Parts Foreman Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adequate inventory to allow your shop to perform necessary repairs to our fleet.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with internal supply chain, vendors and freight carriers
  • The ability to maintain purchase orders, pay bills and reconcile issues
  • The ability to audit inventory levels, reduce obsolete inventory and return unused parts
  • Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.

Parts Foreman Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer-savvy
  • Forklift certified
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Environment: 

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes and chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields. 

Physical Demands: 

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
