We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Senior E-Commerce Sales Specialist to spearhead new dealer outreach and accelerate dealer sales growth. This role requires a mix of strategic sales skills, e-commerce insight, and a strong understanding of B2B relationships—particularly within the U-Haul dealer and storage affiliate network.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our Buyer’s Club presence, reactivating dormant accounts, and driving sales by connecting dealers with the right products to support and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Outreach
New Dealer Outreach: Proactively reach out to newly onboarded dealers to introduce Buyer’s Club offerings and promote purchasing benefits.
Affiliate Engagement: Contact new non-dealer storage affiliates 30 days post-activation to highlight Buyer’s Club benefits and offerings.
Dormant Account Reactivation: Identify and engage with dealers who have been inactive, reintroducing them to the platform and relevant products.
📈 Sales Enablement & Strategy
Targeted Recommendations: Develop customized product plans based on dealer profiles (e.g., Storage, Auto, Hotels, Mail) to align with their specific needs and drive conversions.
Competitive Benchmarking: Continuously research and benchmark against top competitors to inform outreach strategy and product positioning.
🧠 Training & Education
AFM Training: Lead monthly training sessions with Area Field Managers, guiding them on Buyer’s Club features, tools, and strategies to better support dealer sales.
🗞? Content & Communication
Communication: Provide support through customer service chats and phone lines, assisting customers with product inquiries, order placement, and general Buyer’s Club questions.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in sales, e-commerce, or business development (B2B preferred).
Proven ability to drive account growth and reengage lapsed customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both phone and email.
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and customer-first approach.
Experience or interest in logistics, storage, or retail supply sectors is a plus.
