Dealer Representative
DEALER REPRESENTATIVE:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Dealer Services, this position requires efficient collaboration and communication with U-Haul Dealers, MCPs, AFMs, as well as other Field and corporate team members via both telephone and email. It involves managing a high volume of phone interactions and dealing with confidential information.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Address inquiries related to the charges/credits on the dealers’ commission statements.
· Making modifications to the commission statements related to credit card chargebacks, identifying discrepancies, processing payments for returned withdraws, managing phone charges, and overseeing loss of overrides.
• Finalization of accounts for closed dealers and processing of final invoices.
• Conduct research and create entries for Internal Audit, Legal, or other U-Haul departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
