Technician Training Development Specialist
Experience:
1-2 years general office experience preferred.
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent oral communication skills in English and technical writing.
Professional appearance, demeanor and have a positive attitude.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Desired experience to document control.
Duties:
Assigned Districts to track Technician Training progress in the Technician Training Program. Pack and ship certifications and patches to Technicians as courses are completed. Create weekly reports on the progress for management. Create username and passwords for OEM websites. Monitor new courses available that can be added into the program. Assist with organizing the Detroit and Phoenix Summit's along with the Technician Training Rodeo.
