Manager Maintenance
Plant Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate building and facility maintenance projects.
- Manage security, housekeeping, and building maintenance teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets; prepare reports and handle related administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and actively promote a safe work environment.
- Inspect facilities and equipment and perform or oversee required maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records, including warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and equipment contracts.
- Ensure all maintenance staff are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
Requirements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required.
- Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces.
- Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
