Technical Support Specialist
Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004
Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers. The U-Haul Alarm Center monitors burglary and fire system in U-Haul stores located across North America twenty-four hours, seven days a week. Our technical support team has a strong reputation for reliability, knowledge, and courteous service.
Current shifts available:
Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Providing remote assistance during the installation or repair of burglar alarm, fire alarm, and surveillance systems and equipment.
Taking charge of each call and determining efficient paths to resolution.
Responding to and handling technician concerns and inquiries
Remotely obtaining surveillance camera footage for requests made by various internal departments.
Qualifications:
Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
Dependable and responsible
Confident in learning and navigating various computer programs
Eager to learn
Have no criminal record
Do not abuse drugs or alcohol
Customer service or technical support experience preferred
Compensation:
Starting wage is $18.50 per hour. Annual reviews and increases based upon merit.
Pay is bi-weekly
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent
