Business Analyst
This position is 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, and have the willingness to do what it takes to advance the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network in the industry. The position requires active participation with interdepartmental managers and the ability to work with state and national self-storage associations in a combined effort to promote and grow USSAN.
Under the direction of the Director of the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network (USSAN), the Business Analyst is responsible for the daily communications regarding credit card chargebacks that are processed by customers of our affiliates. Furthermore, the Business Analyst is responsible for tracking and managing our business relationships with our state and national storage association groups. The Business Analyst will work with these associations to meet renewal deadlines, along with the registrations to attend both state and national events. The Business Analyst will meet routinely with the Director of USSAN to discuss expenses, marketing efforts, travel arrangements, and a host of other items that are critically vital to the growth of USSAN.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research forthcoming state and national self-storage events
Assist HQ and field team members with registrations and event info
Continuous competitor benchmarking
Continuous market research
Managing affiliate notifications regarding customer credit disputes
Managing multiple email inboxes
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills
Advance knowledge of Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication
A sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to Multitask and keep detailed documentation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Experience in the self-storage industry is preferred but not required
