About the Job
You’ll be helping us deliver a high-volume SaaS application on a large team serving not only U-Haul internally, but our external partners for their storage needs to operate their business across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a full-stack developer familiar with the .NET tech stack or similar modern tech stacks. This team needs developers that are strong in current web development approaches and modern database options with a desire to learn, grow, and teach. This large project is made up of a subset of smaller Scrum and Kanban teams to encourage flexible design, broad domain knowledge growth, and encourage skill growth through exposure to the various teams.

You will be successful in this role if you:
Understand Scrum principles and how to work on a highly collaborative team
Create tasks based on business unit specifications and management without aid
Estimate work based on requirements and specifications from business units and management
Develop software applications, tools, and services based on specifications and designs
Test and write repeatable tests for software that is developed
Analyze and implement solutions to presented problems while satisfying the user’s needs
Write code that is easily maintainable and highly reliable
Multi-task and prioritize work as necessary
Mentor junior members of the team
Collaborate with a team to successfully complete projects on time
