Job Title: Director of Transaction Processing – Operations

Overview:
U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a Director of Transaction Processing to lead our Payment Operations team. In this role, you’ll manage payment acceptance services, fraud prevention, disputes, and brand regulatory compliance while driving scalable, efficient processes across our North American footprint.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing payment operations team
- Oversee transaction processing, fraud, and dispute management
- Build processes and metrics to support scalable, compliant operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Finance, Marketing and Compliance areas
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators and payment partners
- Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness for new payment products
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates with proven leadership in payments operations; will consider equivalent operational or management experience in related industries
- Deep knowledge of payment systems, fraud/disputes, and compliance
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-moving environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or 5+ years comparable business experience preferred
